About Lexpatriates

Lexpatriates is a site dedicated to University of Kentucky Basketball.  It is written and edited by three former University of Kentucky students  (Two of which qualify as graduates, the third currently attends the haven for impossibly-moral basketball coaches/college football meca about an hour west on 64 ).  As it stands, we are all displaced from the College Basketball Capital of the World, and our absence from the Roman Empire (Pitino’s words) has only whetted our appetite for long-form Kentucky Basketball-based writing.  Unfortunately, barring some unforseen stroke of luck or the hand of God working in our (and UK’s) favor, there will be no breaking news on this site.  For that, you’ll still need to go to KSR.  Our goal is to provide you with insightful, unique, and hopefuly intelligent takes on whatever issues happen to be pressing at any given time in the world of Kentucky Basketball.  Wish us luck.
