Bizarro World ESPN Continues to Pour on the Love for Kentucky

ESPN

Is all this real?  Dana O’Neill does her part by making not one, but two cases for Kentucky’s feverish temperature relative to the rest of College Basketball.  This coming a day after she was the only ESPN contributor to list both Patterson and Wall as preseason 1st-Team All-Americans.

Andy Katz gets in on the action as well, assuring us that Eric Bledsoe won’t be falling off the face of the earth anytime soon.

Then, in a video that ESPN almost certainly allowed no more than one take, Katz and O’Neill discuss the possibility of mixing and matching backcourt and frontcourt tandems from across the country.  Given this limitless hypothetical, O’Neill says she’d combine Wall and Bledsoe (while, for some reason, showing highlights of Josh Harrellson and Perry Stevenson) with Dexter Pittman and Damion James from Texas.

Pat Forde, you officially have some competition for my affection.
